Thank you for choosing Twisterarmtainer.org. We are dedicated to getting your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible so you can start your training. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during new product drops), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at info@twisterarmtrainer.org.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Twisterarmtainer.org is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local regulations regarding fitness equipment imports.

5. Damages and Missing Packages

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting our support team.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
